McMaster Transorbital
& Multiportal Course
Event Overview
New in 2025, this course discusses and explores advances in the innovative field of endoscopic transorbital surgery. Attendees work with cadveric specimens to explore the specific and complex anatomy and practise techniques associated with the transorbital approach. Distinguished faculty who are experts in their field will deliver presentations and demonstrations relevant to the development of advanced transorbital surgical techniques and discuss recent advances in research and clinical experiences in this growing niche of skull base surgery. The target audience includes junior staff and fellows from Neurosurgery, ENT or Oculoplastic surgery interested in learning or advancing their techniques using the transorbital approach. We are fortunate to have support from Stryker, Medtronic and Storz.
This event is chaired by Dr. Kesh Reddy, Dr. Almunder Algird, Dr. Doron Sommer and Dr. Matteo de Notaris.
Please note that this is an advanced level course inteded for hired surgical staff and fellowship trainees. Email Jessy Moore (moorej@hhsc.ca) with any inquiries.
